This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools.

Contact forms

The information you send (name, phone, email, town, message) is only used to get back to you about your chalet. Data controller: Sytesio SAS, 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

It is kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted, unless you become a client. It is never sold or passed on to third parties. It is stored with Supabase, in Paris.

The app

Data processed by the client app (schedule, visit reports, payments, preferences) is described in the app itself, under Account › Settings › Data and privacy. Payments are processed by Stripe: Adret never stores card numbers or IBANs.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use, by writing to bonjour@adret-conciergerie.fr. You can also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
