Regular checks
Heating, water, roof, snow load: checked at every visit, at the frequency you choose.
Break-in checks
Doors, shutters, windows, alarm and anything unusual. The slightest doubt is reported to you.
Mail and parcels
Collected and put away, in every plan. You see in the app what has arrived.
- Emergencies day and night: a leak, a breakdown, a jammed lock — we come over and bring in the right tradesperson.
- Access codes are encrypted, visible to the housekeeper only on the day of their visit.

A spotless chalet all year round, looked after by one dedicated person you know by name.
Cleaning and preparation
